  • plain yogurt (two tablespoons)
  • a couple of tablespoons of heavy cream
  • a half teaspoon of cumin
  • paprika, 1/2 teaspoon
  • garam masala (garam masala) (1/2 teaspoon)

  1. Refrigerate the chicken for an hour after marinating it in the marinade.
  2. For grilling, line a baking pan with aluminum foil. Discard the remaining marinade and spread the marinated chicken in a single layer on the pan. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes at 450°F (232°C), flipping halfway through.
  3. Prepare the tomato sauce and the spice mix in separate dishes while the chicken is cooking. After cooking, remove the chicken from the pan and discard the fluid.
  4. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Garlic and jalapeño should be sautéed until fragrant. Pour the spice mix and cook for 1-2 minutes on medium heat or aromatic. Remove and discard the jalapeno.
  5. Stir in the tomato sauce until all is thoroughly combined. Season with salt to taste and cook for another 2 minutes, or until the sauce thickens. Remove the pan and stir in the chicken flesh until thoroughly combined.
  6. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit (232 degrees Celsius). Using olive oil, brush the pizza crust lightly and place it on a pizza pan. On the pizza crust, spread the sauce/gravy. 1/2 cup of cheese, sprinkled on top. Place the chicken on top of the pizza. The sliced onions, chopped cilantro, and cheese are spread over the top.
  7. Reduce the temperature to 425 degrees Fahrenheit (218 degrees Celsius). Preheat the oven to 350°F and bake the pizza for 8-10 minutes. Then remove it from the pan and top with chopped cilantro.
