Ingredients:
- 2 lbs of washed Brussels sprouts, ends trimmed
- 1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1 tbsp of nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp of paprika
- ½ tsp of garlic powder
Roasted Red Pepper Dip
- ¾ cup of raw cashews, soaked for 30 minutes and then drained
- ½ roasted red bell pepper
- ¼ cup of almond milk
- 1 clove of garlic
- ½ tsp of salt
Instructions:
- Steam the Brussels sprouts in a steamer basket or in the microwave for 8 minutes, or until they are halfway done.
