INGREDIENTS:

  • 12 ounces skinless, boneless chicken breast, sliced into cubes (340 g)
  • 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil for grilling
  • For dipping, ranch dressing
  • MARINADE:
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Pompeian Extra Virgin Olive Oil (organic)
  • 2 tbsp. plain Greek yogurt

  • 3 tsp. black pepper, ground

How to cook CHICKEN SOUVLAKI

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Soak the bamboo skewers for one hour in cold water.
  2. Cut the chicken into 16 cubes, pat dry, and marinate for 30 minutes using the marinade ingredients.
