Celery Juice

Celery juice is prepared by juicing celery and adding water. It’s a nutritious beverage packed with minerals and advantages. Discover how to produce celery juice in less than 5 minutes using a blender.

Celery juice is a nutrient-dense green beverage that has been dubbed the “wonder cure-all.”

It has gained popularity and attention on social media, and many individuals are now drinking it regularly.

Celebs, health experts, and dietitians all rave about the advantages of celery juice.

I’ve recently been drinking a full head of celery daily. I’ve since been convinced of its health advantages and wanted to share this simple recipe with you.

Celery juice is really simple to make and takes 5 minutes.

Because celery is a fibrous vegetable, I used an electric blender to get a smoother texture.

To begin, rinse and wash the celery under cold running water. Remove the dried sections and leaves adhering to the stems by peeling or trimming.

Then, chop the celery into bits, add water and puree the celery in a blender.

The juice is created when fruits and vegetables are blended into a drinking liquid without removing the pulp.

Juicing traditionally involves using a juicer to extract all of the pulp, resulting in a smooth and readily edible juice.

I strained and removed the pulp because I’m not too fond of it. However, you may drink the juice with the pulp intact because it is high fiber.

Celery is one of the most nutritious veggies available. It’s nutrient-dense: A, B, C, and K vitamins.

Folate, potassium, copper, calcium, and magnesium are all minerals. I do not advocate freezing the juice since it will dilute the nutrients.

Prepare it fresh and consume it all. Keep no leftovers. This celery juice has a calorie count of only 98 per glass. It’s pretty nutritious!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 bunch organic celery (1.5 lbs. /0.6 kilograms)
  • 1 cup water

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Celery should be washed and rinsed under cold running water. Peel and cut away any dried brown areas or leaves. Cut into small pieces.
  2. Combine the celery and water in a blender. Blend the celery juice in smoothie mode until the blender comes to a halt.
  3. Using a sieve, strain the pulp. Immediately serve the celery juice.
