Coconut Mojito

Coconut Mojito: This quick, nutritious, and delicious coconut mojito recipe takes only 10 minutes to create and adds tropical flavor to your usual mojito. Summer is only a few weeks away in a blink of an eye.

Back-to-school will arrive sooner than you think for those with children, and life will quickly return to normal. I wanted to share this delicious Coconut Mojito recipe with you just before the summer fun ends. One of my all-time favorite beverages is the mojito.

Mint leaves and the combo of white rum, sugar, lime, and ice are two of my favorite things. So, how do you take it to the next level? Make a coconut mojito by adding coconut water to your standard mojito, and you’ll have the most wonderful and refreshing summer beverage ever!

If you recall, I made coconut water lemonade out of ordinary lemonade, and it became my go-to thirst quencher. The coconut water improves the mojito by naturally making it healthier, lighter, and sweeter. It also gives the drink a tropical flavor. Try it out as soon as possible!

  • 1 bouquet of mint leaves
  • 2 cups coconut water, bottled 5 tablespoons lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • 2 cups ice, 100 ml white rum, 3 teaspoons sugar


  1. Muddle the mint leaves in a jar by pressing and twisting them gently. Combine the coconut water, lime juice, white rum, and sugar in a mixing glass. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved. Serve the coconut mojito immediately with ice.
