Shaking Beef

Shaking beef is a traditional Vietnamese dish made with soft beef in a tasty sauce. You can make this simple shaking beef recipe (bo luc lac) in just 10 minutes. It looks and tastes just like it does in Vietnamese restaurants!

You should try the shaking beef recipe. It’s one of my favorite Vietnamese recipes! Beef cubes in a shaken beef sauce are easy to make.

It is called Bo Luc Lac in Vietnamese, which means beef shake, and it is a type of dish. You shake and toss the beef around in a wok when you’re cooking it, which is called “luc lac.” In Vietnamese, “bo” means beef or cow.

The following are the things you need to make the recipe:

  • Sirloin of beef
  • Garlic.
  • It’s shaking the beef sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, sweet soy sauce, sugar, and sesame oil.
  • It’s lime juice, kosher salt, and black pepper dip.
  • Red onions, watercress, and tomatoes are some of the vegetable sides.

Make this dish at home by putting garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a bowl and mixing them. Then put the beef in the bowl and mix it with the sauces and the sesame oil.

The beef should be marinated in the sauce before you cook it. Heat up a wok. Then, cook the beef until both sides are brown. Stir and shake the wok while cooking the meat.

Is there a way to serve this dish? With sauteed onions, lettuce, and rice: Some restaurants serve this dish with these things (white or tomato rice).

People at other restaurants might serve it as a steak salad with watercress and tomatoes on top.

Soy sauce mixed with chili powder or lime juice, salt, and ground black pepper is a dipping sauce.

It doesn’t matter how you serve bo luc lac for dinner. It’s a simple and tasty dish that’s easy to make.

You can use any kind of steak you want, such as filet mignon, rib eye, or sirloin. Saute to cook beef in the Instant Pot. There is no need to pressure cook because the meat is cut into 1-inch cubes, so it doesn’t need to.
