INGREDIENTS:
- 226 g (8 oz.) dried spaghetti
- 3 minced garlic cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds
- 2 scallion stalks, trimmed and sliced into tiny rings
SAUCE:
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp oyster sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
- 1-2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp cider vinegar
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Carefully cook the pasta as directed on the box until al dente.
- Add all the sauce ingredients and whisk well to incorporate in a small bowl. Assure that all of the sugar has melted into the sauce. Stir in the garlic and sesame seeds until thoroughly combined.
- Drain the pasta in a colander after it is done. Transfer the noodles to a large mixing bowl and toss with the sauce and scallions. Serve right away.
