INGREDIENTS:
- 226 g of sliced cauliflower florets
- 3 dashes of ground black pepper
- ½ cup of parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons of melted butter
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon of chopped parsley
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Butter and olive oil should be tossed with the sliced cauliflower in a large bowl. Salt and black pepper are the best spices to use. Roast the cauliflower, in a single layer, on a baking sheet for 20-30 minutes, or until almost soft.
- Top with grated Parmesan and chopped parsley once it has been removed from the oven.
- Roast for another 5 minutes until the cheese has melted and the cauliflower is slightly browned. Serve hot, straight out of the oven.
